EDIT: He has cheek fluff that i couldn't include due to the scarf covering up his cheek. Also, not all of that is snow, some of it is white speckles on his fur. He has them by his hooves, on his flank, ears, as freckles, and on his wings and tail.
So I wanted a male pony with a decent yet simple design, so here's Silver Bell!
Silver Bell really loves snow, and has ever since he was a colt. He never really knew what he wanted to do, and couldnt think of anything we was good at. One hearth's warming eve, he went caroling with his family, and discovered he loved bringing season's tidings to ponies everywhere. With the ring of a passing sleigh's bells, his cutiemark appeared on his flank!<sub wytiwyg="1">
